You are right, this certainly doesn't meet the generic conventions of magazines. Who do you think the core reader is assumed to be? Is the magazine meeting their needs? What could be improves?
ReplyDeletehe core reader is assumed to be school childer ages 11-18 as well as parent so that copuld be 30+ give that this is a such a vasded target audience this could explain why in fact they havnt wriiten any teasrs or puff`s cause it has to appeal to everyone . and i i dont think the magazine is n=meeting needs it doesnt seem to inform anyone about anything apart from the fact its the bodmin college magazine . it need to have a few teasers just so people are intressed in reader the articels that omeon has taken the time to write ... this looks plain . it could be a empty book for anyones knows lookin at the cover
ReplyDeleteit could be inproved by making more applariln . with a clear layout , teaseres , one then one tyope of images and by using clours that are eye catching
